Treating Your Condition with Massage Therapy

Did you know that about 30 different massage techniques exist? These techniques are used to treat, help with, or otherwise improve certain health conditions. Some of these treatment techniques are specific treatment for a health condition, but in general it is common practice, that your massage therapist may combine treatment techniques during a session to adjust to your body's response during the massage.

We thought to compile a list with common health conditions, where massage therapy is deemed beneficial. This list does not make claims of being complete, but we think it is helpful to help you get started!
